Terms of Publication
The editorial board of the е-journal “Theory аnd Practice оf Jurisprudence” accepts original articles on fundamental issues the following subject areas: law and international law. Unpublished, completed experimental works and review articles can also be considered for publication.
The manuscript is submitted to the journal in the original language. The number of authors per article should not exceed 5 people. After submitting the manuscript for consideration, it is prohibited to change the list of authors.
To submit an article, the author should register on the journal website as an author and reader and upload three files: the text of the article solely (name the file "for review"); the article with all metadata.
File names must match the author's surname, for example, Ivanchuk_Article, Ivanchuk_for review.
The date of receipt of the manuscript is the date of its receipt by the editorial office. If the received manuscript violates these rules, the editors reserve the right not to accept it and notify the authors of such a decision.
The English version of the article is accepted only in case of high-quality translation. Submission of the English version translated by online translators (e.g., Google) will be subject to rejection.
By decision of the editorial board of the e-journal "Theory аnd Practice оf Jurisprudence" for the period of wartime, the publication of scientific articles that meet the topics and objectives of the publication is free of charge from November 15, 2022!
Articles are published free of charge. The source of funding is the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
