The aim and objectives

The journal “Theory аnd Practice оf Jurisprudence” publishes scientific articles devoted to current problems of jurisprudence: theory and history of the state and law, constitutional and state construction, civil, labor, financial, economic, administrative, customs, environmental, criminal and international law, criminal and civil processes, criminology, issues of struggle with crime, etc.

The purpose of the journal is to promote the publication of the results of empirical and theoretical research by scientists dealing with the problems of constitutional, municipal, civil, economic, environmental, land, criminal and international law, which ensures the coordination of fundamental and applied scientific research on this issue and contributes to their actualization.
