A reflexion as method of setting of psychological contact with interrogated on pre-trial investigation

The problem setting. The article is devoted to the issue of the day of establishment of psychological contact at conducted to the interrogation on pre-trial investigation. Analyzing inquisitional practice, evidently, that opening of this problem becomes a necessity in connection with that the amount of conflict situations increases during realization of interrogation, there is a necessity for an exposure and stopping of false testimonies, the change of behavior and position of person with that is set psychological contact with the aim of receipt of truthful certificates. Investigative agencies have difficulties in relation to forming of psychological contact, absent unity of opinions in relation to the necessity of application of the reflexive thinking and reflexive management for its establishment. At presence of these divisions of opinions and vision of this problem, establishment of psychological contact in practice with the different participants of process on pre-trial investigation becomes problematic. All of it allows attributing this problem to actual. Recent research and publications analysis. To the problems of determination of reflection’ maintenance and research of the using’ questions of the psychological thinking and features of application of reflexive management at the interrogation is devoted such judicial-psychological and criminalistics works of such scientists as R.S. On the basis of study and analysis of literary sources, inquisitional practice, to investigate essence of reflection, feature of its application for establishment of psychological contact at interrogation on pre-trial investigation. Paper main body. On pre-trial investigation at conducted to the interrogation the process of decision-making to the investigators (by a public prosecutor) foresees the design of intellection of the interrogated person. Such mental work that is conducted to the investigators (by a public prosecutor) is sent to the recreation of predictable ideas; decisions and actions interrogated and is a difficult reflexive process. In the article essence of term reflection from positions of such sciences as philosophy, logic, mathematical game theory, psychology, social psychology, legal psychology and criminalistics is researched. Correlation of reflexive management and prognostic activity of investigator (public prosecutor) is considered during realization of interrogation. The grades of reflection and factors that give advantage to the investigator (to the public prosecutor) in reflexive cooperation are analyzed. Attention applies on the feature of application of the reflexive thinking and realization of reflexive management at establishment of psychological contact in the conflict and solved by mutual agreement situations of interrogation. Conclusion of the research. A question is considered, that the applications of psychological knowledge related to the features for establishment of psychological contact at interrogation on pre-trial investigation. The special attention is spared to the problems of reflexive cooperation between an investigator (by a public prosecutor) and interrogated, to recommendations in relation to effective application of the reflexive thinking and expedient realization of reflexive management at forming of psychological contact.
