The EU countries have realised necessity of a legal regulation of the chemical substances for health protection of the person and maintenance of natural balance. The Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between Ukraine and EU facilitates the sharing of norms of chemical safety of EU with a system REACH as a central point for regulating registration and manufacturing of chemical substances.References
