Abstract

The article is sanctified to determination of theoretical principles of formulation of cultural politics on the stages of her initiation and realization in Ukraine, with the use of world cultural and political experience. The basic models of cultural policy of the state are set forth, given suggestion in relation to the prospects of development of the legislative adjusting and management in the investigated area.
