Definition of property and the procedure of its formation in creating a business entity

The article is dedicated to the property formation sources of business entities both those created initially and those created as a result of restructuring other legal entities. The article points to a diverse legal regime of contributions to the charter capital, shares of its members and property of a business entity, discloses various purposes of these definitions. Pays attention that upon the reorganization of the legal entity, the formation of property of the newly created business entity is not due to the charter capital, but due to the property of the legal entity that is being terminated.References
