The question on application of practice of the European Court of Human Rights. The researcher conducts critical analysis of the Law of Ukraine «On the execution of decisions and application of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights». Part 1 of Article 17 of the Law states that in the course of legal investigation courts can apply the European Convention and the ECHR’s practice as sources of law.
