In article analyzed problematics of legislative maintenance and realisation of a principle of unity of judicial system of Ukraine. The attention is focused on value suprems couts, on maintenance of action of the named principle, features of their interaction is carried out. Made the analys of character of realisation of a principle of unity of judicia system on an example of some European countries.References
