LIMITING THE “RED LINES” OF CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW

The article raises the issue of the role and place of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the system of supreme bodies of state power in Ukraine, outlines the limits of the Constitutional Court’s powers, as well as examines the ability of the constitutional jurisdiction body to go beyond the scope of constitutional review.
