The aim and objectives

The e-journal "Theory аnd practice оf jurisprudence" publishes scientific articles devoted to current problems of jurisprudence: theory and history of the state and law, constitutional and state construction, civil, labor, financial, economic, administrative, customs, environmental, criminal and international law, criminal and civil processes, criminology, issues of struggle with crime, etc.

The purpose of the journal is to promote the publication of the results of empirical and theoretical research by scientists who deal with the problems of constitutional, municipal, civil, economic, environmental, land, criminal and international law, which ensures the coordination of fundamental and applied scientific research on this issue and contributes to their actualization. The journal is designed to unite the scientific community, stimulate interdisciplinary research, support young scientists and ensure international scientific communication.

The main task of the journal is to create a unique scientific and practical platform for raising the level of legal science, highlighting current trends and prospects for its development, promoting the integration of Ukrainian scientists into the global scientific and educational space through the publication of English-language articles and international cooperation, as well as ensuring high standards of scientific review and academic integrity, supporting the development of young scientists, postgraduates and doctoral students through the publication of the results of their research.

Articles are published free of charge. The source of funding is the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
